DELIVERY

 

NECTARIA PROIECT SRL delivers ordered products throughout Romania. They will be shipped to the address specified during checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 20,000 RON; for orders under 20,000 RON the cost is 30 RON via DPD Courier.

The estimated delivery time is 2 working days.

Solar panels are sold by the pallet and shipped via PALLEX ROMANIA.

 

RETURNS

 

Under the Romanian legislation in force, withdrawal from a purchase by unilateral termination of the contract may be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and applies only to consumers who are private individuals and who purchased the product at a distance, in compliance with the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance (O.U.G.) No. 34/2014.

 

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.

 

The sale and purchase contract is concluded when the tax invoice is issued (under Romanian law this document serves as the contract), and not when the order is placed or when the automatic order confirmation is sent by e-mail (or other means of communication).

 

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all accompanying accessories and documents, and without physical modifications, dents, scratches, etc. on any of the items listed. The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer, and their value will be refunded within no more than 14 working days of the date of withdrawal, by bank transfer only.

Withdrawal from the contract may be made by an unequivocal statement, by any of the following methods: e-mail, post, telephone, SMS, verbally, etc. Whichever method you choose, you may enclose with the products you wish to return a withdrawal form, as shown in the following model (the form below is only a model and does not have to be reproduced exactly):
