Hinen: a premium system, with direct support from Nectaria
When you choose a PV system with a battery, you are buying more than an inverter. You are choosing how you use energy in the evening, what happens when the grid goes down and who helps you if a problem arises. From this perspective, Hinen is one of Nectaria Solar's premium recommendations: an ecosystem of inverters, batteries and switching equipment designed to work together.
Nectaria Solar, operated by NECTARIA PROIECT SRL from Alba, is an official Hinen distributor. For you, our direct relationship with the manufacturer means fast technical answers and a clear path to resolving any problems. We have Hinen equipment in stock and support the solution after installation as well.
Service matters as much as the datasheet
In our experience of working with Hinen, the manufacturer's team is responsive, answers questions quickly and gets involved in resolving technical issues. This is an important advantage in a market where contacting the manufacturer and going through the steps of a warranty claim can sometimes be difficult.
If a fault requires replacement, we use equipment from our stock for immediate replacement, and Hinen subsequently sends us the new unit. This way, the customer does not wait for the full cycle between distributor and factory to resume production. The work involves the downtime needed for the replacement, but avoids the long period in which the system would remain out of service waiting for the replacement unit. This is one of the main reasons we recommend Hinen.
The classic range: the right inverter and battery for your home
The classic range lets you choose the inverter and the compatible storage separately. For single-phase grid connections, the Hinen H6000-EU 6 kW inverter is one option in our portfolio. For three-phase grid connections, the H12000H-EU family includes 6, 8, 10 and 12 kW versions, of which you can see the Hinen 10 kW three-phase model.

The battery architectures differ: the BP5000 is a low-voltage battery, while the BH7700A is high-voltage. We pair the battery with the corresponding inverter family. The BP5000 datasheet states 5.12 kWh nominal and over 8,000 cycles, at 25°C, with 90% depth of discharge, 0.2C charging and 0.5C discharging.
The choice between single-phase and three-phase starts from your grid connection, and battery capacity from your consumption. We help you match these components so that the investment meets the needs of your home and your plans for using it.
A-Series All-in-One: integration within a complete family
For those who prefer an integrated solution, Hinen offers the A-Series All-in-One, its new range, positioned above the classic range in terms of budget. The family includes the H5S for single-phase outputs of 3.6–5 kW, the H15S for 8–15 kW single-phase and the H25T for 10–25 kW three-phase. For example, in our shop you will find the Hinen All-in-One 10 kW three-phase.

In the documented configurations, the A-Series uses the B8900M-HA battery, sold in the 8.9 kWh class. The number of modules is chosen according to the inverter: the H5S and H15S accept one or two modules per group, while the H25T allows up to three. The official H25T presentation explains the three-phase architecture. The inverter, battery and required accessories are specified in the complete configuration, so you know exactly what you are getting.
The A-Series is Hinen's new generation, designed for those who want the inverter and battery in a single unit, with a clean installation and simple expansion. It is more expensive than the classic range, and the difference shows in the integration and the appearance. What matters for you is the specific version, the available capacity and the expansion options provided for that combination.
Smart Box: switching designed by Hinen
For the classic range, Hinen offers single-phase and three-phase Smart Boxes: smart switching boxes manufactured by Hinen as part of its own solution. There is no need to build this function from separately chosen components and installer-designed automation. The manufacturer supplies the dedicated equipment and insists on its integration for backup power.

In our shop you can view the single-phase Smart Box S1 and the three-phase Smart Box S3. In Nectaria's experience, the cost of the Smart Box is very low compared with similar solutions from other brands. This is an advantage for anyone who wants to include backup from the start.
When the grid goes down, the Smart Box switches the prepared circuits to backup power. The available power depends on the inverter, the battery and the connected loads. The S1 and S3 have declared switching times of under 70 ms and under 150 ms respectively; these are the values for the external boxes, distinct from those of the inverter's backup port.
Why we choose Hinen for our customers
Nectaria's recommendation brings together premium equipment, a complete ecosystem and practical support when needed. For the batteries presented, the product warranty is 10 years, according to Hinen's European terms. For the hybrid inverters, the European warranty provides 5 years, extended free of charge to 10 by connecting to Hinen Cloud and uploading production data. Integration and configuration are part of choosing a well-prepared system.
